Extremely weird audio problem.
« on: August 12, 2011, 09:05:12 PM »
The in-game sound has of today gone down to super low. The intro loading scene sounds normal, but in game everything is so quiet I can hardly hear it even if I increase game sound to max.

TS sounds like normal. All other games sound normal. Music and movies sound normal. But Warband has gotten super low.

I've tried restarting the game and the computer. No effect. Ive tried verifying game files and reinstalling Warband. No effect. I've disabled and re-enabled mu sound card, no effect.

Anyone got any ideas?

Right bottom of your start bar, audio speakers thing should have program specific sliders (At least if you use vista or 7) try checking if the warband slider is down. If not you should check the control panel at output to see if the you didn't lower that slider on accident using a keybind.

So utterly weird, I just did the same thing, problem solved.

The previous audio drivers worked from release untill this afternoon. Then they just fubared.
