Out of 38 bugs listed there are only 10 unfixed when the list was list was last updated three days ago.

Well hopefully this is the first and last time that the server will be taken down to correct the bugs, seeing as 99% of the bugs will be fixed. I hope its tonight :p

99% of the bugs they found during those ~24 hours, mind you. :]

The fact is im pissed at them because they took ages to release the mod, and when people, including me, asked them if they needed help testing, they just said no we have enough testers. They also stated many times that they will release the mod when its ready, because they didnt want a beta phase. When the server launched, it showed that they did no testing whatsoever, and they might as well have released it back in december when they originally planned to release it because its still buggy as hell. The 'when its ready' mentality did not work in this case, cuz from a 1.0 version they pushed it back to a beta stage.

I was under similar impressions, but you can't expect professional quality from non-professional developers.

I used this time to get creative and developed a variety of new characters, one of which will be applying to the Swadian Townwatch. :p

I know u cant expect professional quality but its common sense to know how to test something if ur developing it. You dont test something to see if it works, you test something to see where it goes wrong, and they have certainly not done so. They probably just checked that something works and they move to the next 1. You need to stress test your new feature to everything imaginable if time permits.

You can get professional quality from amateurs as long as they don't LEARN HOW PROGRAM TO HELP MAKE MOD ahaha

And theres a new update, they said theyre in the last testing phase or whatever ;p So hopefully its tonight if they dont find any more bugs

You can get professional quality from amateurs yea, but you shouldn't expect it. They're not being paid to create it, so they don't have financial incentives. This is a good thing, in that they're free to create whatever they want to, without being pressured to create something profitable.

Btw dont know if it has been posted yet cuz i cant see it, but join The Yalen Anvils group on Steam so we know whos in the organization so when sophie is ready to write the thread he wont have to wait extra days to get a round up of names
